Firm and tighten your thighs!


Exercise 1: Leg Raises

Lie down on your back and put your hands beneath your hips for support. Lift your legs up until they form a right angle with the floor. Slowly bring your legs back down to the starting position. Repeat this movement. Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Exercise 2: Bicycle Crunches

Lie on the floor with your hands behind your ears. Raise your knees and touch your right elbow to your left knee, then your left elbow to your right knee. Repeat the exercise. A yoga mat should be used for back support. Complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions per side.

Exercise 3: Side Leg Lifts

Place both your right hand and right knee on the floor. Your left hand on your waist. Lift your upper left leg straight up and return to the starting position. Repeat this movement with the other side of your body. Complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions per side.

Exercise 4: Side Leg Lifts with Knee to Chest

Lie in a reclining position on your right side. Pull your knees towards your chest, then lift your upper left leg straight up. Return to the starting position. Repeat this movement with the other side of your body. Complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions per side.

Exercise 5: Side Flutter Kicks

Lie on your right side and use both hands to support this position. Slightly bend your knees, while fully extending your legs. Lift your legs up 45° off the floor. Make small, but quick up and down scissor-like movements with your legs. Ensure you tighten those muscles throughout the exercise. Complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
