Exercise 1: High Knees

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Start by lifting your right knee up towards your hips as high as you can. Then, lower it down to the ground while simultaneously bringing your left knee up toward your hips in the same motion. Keep your elbows at a 90° angle. The pace of this exercise is quick. Complete 1 minute of this exercise.

Exercise 2: Leg Lunges

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your hands on your hips. Take a step forward with your right leg and lower your body until your right thigh is parallel with the floor. Return to the starting position. Repeat this movement when switching to the other leg. Complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions per side.

Exercise 3: Flutter Kicks

Sit with your back straight. Your hands are to be by your side, with palms facing down. Lift your legs straight up off the floor at a 45° angle. Alternate between your left and right legs. Complete 3 sets of 20 repetitions per side.

Exercise 4: Reverse Crunches

Lie on your back and place your arms by your sides, with your feet up. Ensure your thighs are paralleled to the floor. Lift your knees up towards your chest, using your lower abdominal muscles. Slowly return to the starting position.
