Exercise 1: Calf Raises

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms by your sides. Keeping your back straight, slowly rise up on the toes of both feet, lifting your heels as high as you can. Pause at the top, then slowly lower your heels back down.

Exercise 2: Seated Calf Raises

Sit on a flat bench or stable chair with your back straight. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, place it across your upper thighs. Lift the weight by pushing your heels up with the balls of your feet. Slowly lower the heels until you feel a stretch in the calf muscles.

Exercise 3: Hops

Stand straight with your feet close together. Jump forwards and then jump backwards. Complete 30 seconds to 1 minute of this exercise.

Exercise 4: Skater Hops

Stand with your weight on your right foot and your right knee bent. Lift your left leg off the floor. Hop to your left by pushing off with your right leg. Land on your left foot, lifting your right leg off the floor. Hop back and forth in a continuous motion.

Exercise 5: Squats to Calf Raises

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, with your arms stretched forward. Lower your body until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Your knees should be extended in the same direction as your toes. Keeping your back straight, slowly rise up on the toes of both feet, lifting your heels as high as you can. Pause at the top, then slowly lower your heels back down. Return to the starting position.
